Job description:

  • Must have 5-7 years experience with Avaya 8700 PBX series, Definity G3, IRs, CMS, ACD and Communication Manager.
  • Must have 5-7 years experience with Noble Predictive Dialer, Call Recording Technologies, Call Center Work Flow Management, Call Vectoring and Simon Reader Boards.
  • Must have 3-5 years experience with Avaya IR Designer.
  • Must have 1+ years experience with Avaya Dialog Designer.
  • * Call Center Certified a plus.
  • Complete understanding of Call Center call routing, queuing and vectoring.
  • Complete understanding of Avaya CMS call center reporting.
  • Ability to create custom reports via CMS design tool.
  • 3-5 years experience with CTI computer telephony integration a plus.
  • * possess good communication skills and be able to present to non-technical audiences such as the business.
  • A self-starter that can create and implement ideas that benefit the business.
