Job description: The role is focused on application support which includes enhancements and modifications. The technical environment consists of Java 1.3 - 5, J2EE, Servlets, Struts, Web Design, XSL, JSP, XML, and Weblogic v7 * v10. Ajax is preferred, but not required.

This role is also required to participate in the on-call rotation, responsible for ensuring applications stay online during their system available windows. Typically requires troubleshooting of production issues and reporting issues to the correct support group.

Soft skills we are looking for are that they must also have strong professional written/verbal communication skills; friendly customer service and relationship management, team-oriented, sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Programming Languages: Design, Develop and Deploy solutions proficiently using the following technologies: Java 1.3 * Java 5, Java Server Pages, Servlets, Struts, Beans, Enterprise Java Beans, JDBC, Java Messaging Services, RMI, EDF, HTML, Java Script, DHTML, XSL, XML, OOA/OOD (Ajax Preferred)

Specific Technology Products: BEA Weblogic v7-v10 (WLI, WLS, WLP), Oracle, MQSeries, IIS, SQL Server, LegaSuite (CrossPlex), DB2 UDB, MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Outlook, HP Service Desk
