Job description:
Adroit is currently assisting a Client in Ft. Lauderdale with their need to hire a Business Analyst to their team on a full time permanent basis. The client is looking to hire a Business Analyst that is proficient in the following.

* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
* Deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional Requirements, Business Requirements, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
* Develop action plans for large-scale implementation of new or enhanced processes or technology.
* Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
* Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
* Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
* Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Work independently with users to define concepts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Skills:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of recent Business Systems or Technical Analysis in a role that required in-depth feasibility and data analysis.
* Expertise in technical Systems including participation in developing action plans for large -scale implementation of new or enhanced processes or technology.
* Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, hands-on detailed Systems and data modeling.
* Strong technical background as it pertains to tiered environments, application design processes and testing methodologies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within established budgets and time lines.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies, applications and solutions.
* Solid software development and application implementation background.
